La Vectorial Art è la tecnica più contemporanea e più riproducibile: è una pratica uilizzata da ingegneri, architetti e graphic designer, sfruttando i più avanzati software di computer grafica; l'immagine è composta da forme geometriche, linee, punti, curve, riempiti con i colori, generando poi le immagini vettoriali. Il concetto di riproducibilità è da sempre presente nella Pop Art giapponese, con il fine di rendere l'arte accessibile a tutti. L'altissima qualità che questa tecnica garantisce permette a Tomoko Nagao di rielaborare le più note opere della storia dell'arte inserendo brand orientali e occidentali, realizzando un'allegoria della società del consumo di massa. Tomoko in questo caso riprende l'iconografia di Giuditta e la interpreta secondo il suo linguaggio estetico. Giuditta, interpretata da Candy Candy è circondata da prodotti di noti brand internazionali, come Nutella, Barilla, Pantene ed Hello Kitty.

Tomoko Nagao (1967 Nagao, Giappone) è un’artista giapponese, tra le maggiori rappresentanti del movimento Micropop. Nelle sue opere introduce forme stilizzate e uno stile piatto, Super Flat iniziato da Murakami.

The concept of reproducibility has always been present in Japanese Pop Art, with the aim of making art accessible to all. The very high quality that this technique guarantees allows Tomoko Nagao to rework the best-known works of art history by inserting Eastern and Western brands, creating an allegory of mass consumer society. Tomoko in this case takes the iconography of Judith and interprets it according to her own aesthetic language. Judith, interpreted by Candy Candy is surrounded by products of well-known international brands, such as Nutella, Barilla, Pantene and Hello Kitty.

Tomoko Nagao (1967 Nagao, Japan) is a Japanese artist and one of the leading representatives of the Micropop movement. In her works she introduces stylized forms and a flat, Super Flat style initiated by Murakami.
