Description: Antique Neapolitan Louis XVI console in gilded and carved wood with black portoro marble top belonging to the first half of the 19th century. The black portoro marble top rests on an undertop band enriched by the presence of a relief carving depicting plant sprigs, rosettes, and a mythological motif head in the center. The four legs have a tapered and fluted shape terminating in a spherical dice, and are adorned with a carving along the entire surface depicting small heads and garlands.
