Elegant Piedmontese Transition armchair Louis XV - Louis XVI from the second half of the eighteenth century. Made of carved wood and finely gilded with gold leaf. The imposing and solid structure is characterized by a refined work of ornamental sculptures with neoclassical motifs, with floral details, volutes and turned columns that enrich armrests and legs.
The seat, backrest and armrests are covered with a precious ivory damask fabric with delicate floral motifs in pastel shades, with a predominance of pink and sage green. The lower edge of the seat is finished with decorative trimmings, adding a further touch of value.
