Important pair of neoclassical chests of drawers from the second half of the 18th century, from Lombardy, of great cabinet making "Maggiolini" style.
Veneered in rosewood and with inlays in various exotic woods. Green alpine marble top. Truncated pyramid leg. Walnut drawer interiors. The furniture is threaded on the sides while on the front with "mirror" drawers, in addition to the threads, there is a basket of flowers, a custom of the son of the master Giuseppe Maggiolini. Carlo Francesco (1758/1834) known as a collaborator and heir to his father's workshop.
