Gilded wooden stool

Masterfully carved and gilded wooden stool; on the elegantly shaped under-seat band, a vigorous rocaille motif carving is placed in the center of each side; on the corners near the knee of each arched support, a lively phytomorphic carving stands out; resting on feet ending in curls that rest on a cloven hoof.
