Rare and important Lombard Louis XV chest of drawers with two drawers in walnut

Superb and scenic, Louis XV chest of drawers, 2 drawers, Lombard style, with a curved front, in solid walnut and walnut burl veneer, dating back to the mid-18th century. Incredible piece of furniture in terms of shape and size, substantial, imposing, solid "beak of an owl" top, canted pilaster, "cabriol" feet ending on an ungulate hoof. Indicative of period and origin. Present hardware, contemporary and functional. Interior and linings in fir wood. No restoration recommended. Viewing and possible collection on site are welcome.
