Refined, rare, elegant and sober Viennese neoclassical commode in practically intact condition, veneered in blonde walnut burl with mirrored grain, with refined inlays in maple, ebonized maple and plum wood. High-cabinetmaking furniture with a masterly geometric inlay typical of the period, in first warm honey/amber patina, consolidated and with shellac finish applied with museum-standard technique on first patina precisely. The quality of the wood used with masterfully combined grains is excellent. Original internal and external hardware. Measurements cm. 130 wide x 91.5 high x 64 deep.
