Vienna 1820 approx. Elegant Biedermeier sofa from the early Biedermeier period, intact, veneered in burr and blond walnut burl, with an elegant "lyre" shape and perfect proportions. From the circle of cabinetmakers close to Joseph Danhauser. Dimensions: 156 cm wide, 56 cm deep, 89 cm high; seat height 56 cm, width 108 cm, depth 48 cm. The piece is in excellent condition of the wood, in patina, with a French polish finish applied with a pad using a museum-standard technique. Upholstery covered with elegant ivory-colored satin (replaceable on request). A magnificent piece with a design that "conquers time", with a sober yet minimalist elegant line, also excellent for combining with high-end modern design for a unique, exclusive and refined elegance.
