Antique jug with a trilobed mouth, indistinct rim, flared neck, globular body, and ribbon handle. Sgraffito under glaze, dark pinkish clay and glazed interior. Decoration in blue and copper green in the center of the body, below the spout. Design with a lobed oval shield, surrounded by fluttering ribbons, within a trilobed thread in blue and green, depicts an heraldic coat of arms. Originates from the Castro area. Period: late 16th century. Shows some losses.
