Gilded wooden stoup (one of a pair)

Gilded wooden stoups with graceful Rocaille carvings. The structure is characterized by a pleasantly shaped frame adorned with volutes, counter-volutes, and phytomorphic motifs, inside which is a beautiful glass painting depicting Saint Francis of Paola; the holy water container is also made of masterfully carved wood.
