NEOCLASSICAL INLAID CHEST OF DRAWERS, SECOND HALF OF THE 18TH CENTURY  Translated
Description:
Refined and unique chest of drawers, modest in size, veneered in solid walnut and inlaid with walnut and fruitwoods. The piece of furniture features truncated pyramidal legs, typical of the Neoclassical period, and is equipped with two ergonomic and practical drawers for storing objects. The great decorative richness comes from the inlays on the front, sides, and top, characterized by geometric lines and floral interlacing motifs. On the top, there is also a small cartouche depicting two little birds drinking from a fountain. This is a chest of drawers of great taste and refinement, capable of adding a touch of class and antiquity to any environment. Emilian (Emilia-Romagna) craftsmanship from the Louis XVI period, around the second half of the 18th century. Dimensions: H x W x D 85 x 106 x 46.5cm  Translated
