1930s Clear Crystal Chandelier with Pale Yellow and Amber Details. Italian six-light chandelier in good condition, restored and rewired to European standards, works perfectly with six E14 bulbs. The structure of this antique chandelier from the first half of the 1900s is made of brass, with six curved square-section arms flanked by a double row of hand-strung crystal beads and ending with further clear crystal beaded decorations with amber drops and burnished brass bobeches.
The classic design of this pendant is enhanced by the pale yellow crystal central support, a column consisting of superimposed small vase-shaped elements, adorned with protruding decorations both in the middle section, from which garlands with spear-shaped pendents depart, and in the upper section embellished with floral elements. All these beaded decorations are handmade, they are artistic artisan creations of made-in-Italy from the thirties.
The bottom of the lower cup of this chandelier is also amber in color. The masterful contrast between the clear crystal, the pale yellow stem, and the amber details creates a warm and evocative lighting suitable for both classic and contemporary furnishings.
