The quadrangular base is embellished on three sides with Sevres porcelain plaques depicting French noblewomen.
The upper part of the base is a triumph of garlands and flowers alternated with putti in joyful poses.
The upper part is adorned with a porcelain vase with a gallant scene in the center, topped by a bronze pine cone.
