Elegant French mantel clock in cast, chased, and gilt bronze, made between 1820 and 1850 in the Restoration / Louis Philippe style.
The "aedicule" structure recalls a small monumental architecture, with turned columns, a base decorated with volutes and refined vegetal motifs. The upper part is embellished with allegorical putti, mascarons, and finely crafted phytomorphic elements.
Circular dial with enamelled cartouches, center decorated with floral motifs, and pierced rocaille-style hands.
A piece of great elegance and decorative quality, ideal for collectors and refined classic or contemporary environments.
