On the upper part, with the mechanism recessed, there are two doves and a torch on a cloud formation. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals for hours and quarters. Parisian mechanism with half-hour striking on a bell. The rectangular base is fluted and finished with laurel garlands, flanked by musical and war trophies.
