Beautiful oil painting on a wooden panel, set in a period carved and gilded with gold leaf wooden frame, to which wooden supports from the same period have been added to adapt it to the frame. The painting depicts the Madonna revealing the child Jesus. The woman wears canonical clothing, with a red dress and a blue veil, surmounted by a thin halo of stars. With her hands, she holds the swaddling clothes of the child Jesus, who is naked with a radiant halo. The stylistic rendering of the details and the expressed sweetness are appreciated in this painting, highlighted by the heads of the mother and son touching and their intense gazes. The colors are original, and very few restorations are noted. It is a painting of great taste and style, capable of bringing elegance and a touch of antiquity to any environment. Manufactory attributable to the Venetian School, around the end of the 18th century.
