Description
George III sterling silver inkstand, John Cramer, London, 1812
Rectangular in shape, resting on four ball-and-claw feet, with two cut crystal inkwells, a central candle holder with a carrying ring, and pen rests on the sides. The molded rim is decorated at intervals with acanthus leaves, while the inkwell mounts and the candle holder feature matching decoration.
