From Central Italy a 18th Century Majolica Riser consisting of a flat circular dish with raised edge, resting on a base with a simple shape. The top has a polychrome decoration, mainly in yellow and blue colors, depicting the Madonna with Child.
The majolica is in good condition except minimal chips on the edge and the base and an old restoration.. It dates back to 1700 and comes from Central Italy. It comes from a private Milanese collection.
