-Completely restored, very high quality restoration. The slicer is completely disassembled, the cast iron parts are sandblasted then taken to the body shop where they are stuccoed, painted, decorated and a transparent paint is applied to protect the decorations and paint. The iron and aluminum parts are polished and chromed, if irreparable they are even changed, as are the bearings and the blade. Finally, the slicer is completely reassembled by an expert professional.
-Slice adjustment located on the side of the slicer to regulate the slice thickness.
