Description:
Elegant round table made in the late 1800s in late Empire style, of French origin.
The top is veneered in burr walnut with a darker wood edge, resting on four turned and ebonized columns, enriched with refined gilded bronze elements at the ends, typical of Empire-style production. The columns are joined to a base that is also veneered.
The ensemble, balanced and visually harmonious, perfectly expresses the neoclassical taste of the late 19th century, characterized by the solemnity of its lines and the alternation of precious materials and colors.
The piece shows signs of age and use consistent with its age.
Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
