Description:
Extraordinary English silver plated teapot made by the English manufacturer ALBERT J. BEARDSHAW around 1860. The object is distinguished by the elegance of its rounded lines and by the refined engraved decoration with floral motifs, typical of the era. The body of the teapot is shaped with a sinuous and harmonious profile with a finely crafted lid and a unique finial depicting a pheasant. The slender spout, also engraved, gives the teapot a scenic and visually impactful impression.
Although the object shows some loss of silver plating on its patina, it retains great charm and represents an excellent decorative element for classic interiors or for collectors of English antiques. A piece of great aesthetic value, perfect for embellishing a display cabinet or an exhibition dedicated to vintage silverware.
Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
