George III sterling silver salver, John Parker & Edward Wakelin, London, 1775
Neoclassical design typical of the late 18th century, with clean lines, geometric shape and sober but elegant ornaments. Gadroon shaped edge. Supported by three elegantly sculpted and rounded double scroll feet. Commemorative engraving "The Peter Hamer Memorial Trophy" within a circular braided motif frame.

Lion passant: alloy mark. Guarantee control of the sterling 925/1000 fineness
