Elegant circular lens mirror from the Empire period. The mirror stands out for its carved and gilded wooden frame, enriched by delicate decorative geometric engravings on all four sides and a geometric decoration that surrounds the lens mirror. The decorative balls that adorn the frame add a further touch of refinement. A contrasting ebonized wooden passe-partout (mat) completes the design. The original lens mirror creates a fascinating wide-angle effect. Its elegance and refinement allow it to furnish any environment with taste and class. English manufacture from the first half of the 19th century, during the Empire period (circa 1830-1840).
