Description:
Sumptuous English silver-plated EPBM coffee pot, made by the prestigious Daniel & Arter manufactory of Birmingham in the late 1800s, marked with the production number G8487.
The body has a sinuous, finely crafted profile, with a shaped handle and a slender, well-proportioned spout. The black bakelite knob adds a pleasing, understated yet distinctive contrast.
This coffee pot seems to reflect the spirit of iconic silverware lines proposed by Tiffany & Co. in their historical models.
Although not an original Tiffany piece, its elegant and functional shape is reminiscent of some of the finest silverware made by the American house in the 19th century.
This is an original vintage item; there are signs of wear on the silver plating due to time and use.
The black spots and halos in the photo are due to reflections.
Comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
