Oil on canvas. The painting belongs to the 1970s production of ORAZI. In this phase, the artist abandons completely abstract and embossed painting and returns to the figurative, rendered however with simplified and distorted lines. In particular, he creates the series called Lignes Circulaires and that, to which this work belongs, of the paintings called Têtes-Paysage, in which he creates compositions that depict mysterious human or faun heads and mythological figures (sometimes accompanied by insects, their companions), often pairs of lovers kissing: the lines, in these paintings, intertwine to simultaneously form compositions, interweavings of bodies. Here, some figures, human and animal, probably mythological, engaged in an erotic entanglement can be glimpsed. The work comes from the private collection of the artist's family.
