Beautiful, high-quality, dark patina bronze statue from the late 19th century, depicting the "Pescatorello" (Little Fisherman) by Giovanni Varlese (1888 - 1922 Naples).
This sculpture depicts a young fisherman, happy to have completed his fishing, standing on a rock with a crab nearby walking next to him. He wears a wide hat that protects him from the sun. His face is radiant and smiling.
