Antique Italian painting from the 17th century. Oil on canvas, first canvas, artwork depicting a biblical subject under study, of good pictorial quality. Painting that develops horizontally, in the center we find a king intent on discussing with some wise men. On the left instead we can see some warriors in armor from an arch. Painting of strong impact, very well represented also in the numerous details of the scene. Painting of beautiful size and proportion mounted on an ancient frame (see photo). Painting that has undergone a conservative restoration and color recovery in several points (see photo). In patina, it presents various signs of aging and small color drops, painting overall in a fair state of conservation. To be restored for perfect enjoyment.
