Refined pair of globular vases made of glazed porcelain, adorned with rich floral motifs and green oval reserves bearing symbols of prosperity and longevity. The decoration, typical of the Chinese artistic tradition, develops with vibrant shades of blue, pink, green, and yellow, harmoniously distributed across the entire surface.
The grooved base in brick-red enamel culminates in a finely chiseled gilded frame. The lids, openworked with floral patterns, are topped with gilded statuettes depicting Foo Lions, traditional emblems of protection and imperial power. The quality of workmanship, the chromatic balance, and the attention to detail testify to the mastery of Chinese artisans active during the Qing period.
