Elegant extendable oval table in mahogany wood, dating back to the early 20th century. The mahogany veneered top measures 110 x 139 cm when closed and can reach a maximum length of 270 cm when extended. The original extensions are no longer present, but it is possible to have them custom made.
The table rests on four turned and fluted legs in the Louis XVI style, enriched by ornamental metal plates placed at the joint of the legs. Originally probably gilded, these plates have lost their gilding, but can be restored upon request. When opened, two central support legs are activated (currently without wheels, but can be reintegrated).
Structurally in good condition, with a solid frame and stable joints. The top shows signs of wear and superficial scratches consistent with the object's age and use. It can be used as is or, upon request, subjected to conservative, partial or complete restoration.
