Late 17th-century chest from the Reggio Emilia area (Emilia), made of walnut wood.
Refined 17th-century chest with a front paneled with typical Reggio Emilia designs.
The top is made of a single walnut board, as are the front and sides, while the feet are carved with a foliate motif.
The key and lock are working and original, and its shallow depth makes it very practical for furnishing.
Dimensions (cm): Width 170, Depth 44, H 56.
