The Bronze Sculptures, Art Deco category, presents a Male figure, a Man throwing
a boulder, a stone, from the early twentieth century. Original patina of the 20th century.
The bronze work expresses strength, power, elegance and physical agility. Thirties of the twentieth century.
The sculpture is in excellent condition and is signed Ouline at the base, where the engraving "Bronze France" is also located.
Alexandre Ouline (1887-1965) is a Russian sculptor born in Bakou, but active as a sculptor in both France and Belgium.
He worked mainly between 1918 and 1948 creating Art Deco sculptures.
