Carved and gilded wooden case, with an hourglass and sickle on top, an allegory of time.
Gilt and chiseled bronze dial, with enameled cartouches for the hours in black Roman numerals. Minute dial at twelve o'clock. Steel lance hands.
Square movement with two winding spools with suspension of weights by means of hemp ropes, one for the time and the other for the chime, anchor escapement. Chime of the hours and halves on two bells by means of a dividing wheel. Pendulum suspended by wire moved by a fork.
Excellent state of preservation.
