Oil on canvas painting depicting "Head of Character," the almost brazen confidence of the brushstrokes, the material consistency with which the character's severe expressive rigor is rendered, leads us to attribute our painting to a painter from the Emilia area, of the Renian school of the Louis XIV period. The painting is in a good state of conservation and has not undergone significant restoration. It is accompanied by an important carved and gold leaf gilded wooden frame, antique, not contemporary. The canvas measures 30 x 37 cm, with frame 73 x 85 cm. Like all our objects, it is sold with a certificate of authenticity in accordance with the law and can be shipped throughout Italy with maximum security.
