Elegant carved and ebonized wood side table, characterized by a refined oriental style. The stem and three-legged legs feature elaborate moldings, and the feet are further adorned with delicate gold pictorial decoration with phytomorphic motifs. The top of the table stands out for its sophisticated elegance, with a frame border embellished with mother-of-pearl inlays. In the center, an oriental figure scene is masterfully painted and enriched with further mother-of-pearl inlays. In this floral landscape, there are three figures, including a main figure sitting on an ox, holding a scepter, flanked by two smaller characters, probably part of his entourage, who carry objects. The exquisite decoration of this table makes it a piece of considerable value and elegance, capable of enriching any environment with class. French manufacture, in oriental style, from the early 19th century (circa 1820).
