Vienna 1830-35 approx., Biedermeier period. Refined and practical etagere in practically intact condition, finely veneered in walnut burl with mirrored veneers arranged with grains reminiscent of the "flame", typical of high Viennese cabinet making of the Biedermeier period. In practically intact condition, consolidated and with a shellac finish applied with a museum-standard technique on the original patina; with a warm amber and light color, of the original patina formed over the centuries on the luxurious blond walnut essence. Measures cm. 140 high x 101 wide x 48 deep. Excellent for combining with high-end modern furniture in an ensemble of exclusive elegance.
