Guédy Gaston Édouard (1874-1955) French painter born in Albi (Tarn). Painter of portraits, nudes and landscapes.
He was a student of Gérôme. He exhibited regularly at the "Salon Des Artistes Français" in Paris from 1895,
where he received many awards and medals. In 1907 he received the Eugène-Piot prize. Finally, in 1926 he was appointed "Chevalier de la Légion d'honneur".
His works are exhibited in the Le Mans museum. Painting, oil on canvas, hand-painted in the 20th century.
The antique frame and oil painting have been professionally and accurately restored. Thirties of the twentieth century.
