Large Italian writing desk of the 20th century

Italian writing desk from the mid-20th century. Rustic furniture in Valvaraita style, finely carved in walnut and fruitwood, in a beautiful patina. Finished for the center table equipped with a large central drawer and wooden top in character of excellent size and service, also for professional use. Desk supported by four zoomorphic feet, panels and side band of the furniture finely chiselled with grapes, branches and vine leaves (see photo). Ideal table to be placed in a cellar, or in a modern living room or study to create a strong but pleasant contrast. In a beautiful patina and structurally sound, it has some signs of wear that give even more charm to the furniture. In good condition.
