This refined Venetian Trumeau stands out for its particular dimensions: width 83 cm, depth 56 cm and height 239 cm. The lower part has a curved front, entirely covered in burr walnut, while the sides are straight and embellished with a herringbone inlay in veneered walnut.
In the upper part, the central door is decorated with an original mercury mirror, which retains the charm of the era despite a slight chipping. The gilded carvings further enrich the structure, giving it elegance and prestige.
The interior of the upper part has undergone an adaptation, with the elimination of small crossbeams that originally divided the space into vertical compartments. The lower part, on the other hand, has remained perfectly intact and hides a refined secret: under the flap there are three hidden drawers, typical of period cabinet making.
A piece of great historical and artisan value, ideal for collectors and lovers of antique furniture.
