Antique walnut painter's easel with carved crest and turned elements

Description. Antique and delightful painter's easel of French origin (h.185), made of solid walnut in the early 1900s. Supported by elegant turned legs (photo n°6) whose measurement ranges from cm.30 in the upper part to widen in the lower part up to cm.58 (maximum opening of the legs). The upper part is decorated with a wavy and sculpted crest (cm.33; h.15). It is possible to adjust the height as it is equipped with a wooden screw with the possibility of inserting a vertical painting with a maximum height of cm.95. The measurements are as follows: maximum height m.1.85, without crest m.1.73: the sliding picture holder (photo n°5) measures cm.60x9; h. cm.1. The antique display, having been recently restored, is in excellent condition.
