Landscape painting with figures

Oil on canvas. In the wide Nordic-style classical landscape, with dense vegetation and a torrential river, three figures are depicted on the path to the left, evoking the biblical characters of the Flight into Egypt: a man leads a donkey, on which sits a woman, wrapped in a blue cloak, holding her little son in her arms. Restored and relined, the painting is presented in an early 20th-century frame. Product Condition: Product in good condition, with small signs of wear.
