Rectangular-shaped top supported on the sides by two supports ending in a double bracket at the top and bottom, joined by a single crosspiece whose ends protrude from the supports and are secured by two original wedges that fit into a hole in the crosspiece itself. Note the elegance in the molding of the brackets, and the large drawer with nailed joints on the front that runs the entire length of the table, and which, when pushed to one side, allows the desk to be used as a writing table.
