Double-bodied walnut and burr walnut cupboard from the 17th century, Marche-Papal State area. (238cm x 150cm)

Splendid double-bodied cupboard made of walnut and burr walnut from the second half of the 17th century. It is in perfect and original condition in all its parts. Area of origin: Papal State The lower part is in the style of a chest of drawers with three drawers and a small one that lowers and serves as a writing desk (scarabattolo). In the upper body, the two doors open to a cupboard with shelves inside. Its moldings are valuable, on the sides, on the doors, on the drawers, on the pillars, and on the beautiful cornice that gives the piece of furniture a remarkable architectural concreteness. The double body measures 238 cm in height including the two parts, 150 cm in width, and 71 cm in depth. We attach to the sale a certificate that guarantees its authenticity and period, with photographic documentation of the furniture.
