Splendid and elegant trumeau from the Piedmont area of the second half of the 18th century. The piece of furniture is characterized by a strong movement of the lateral sides and the lower part containing the drawers, giving it this particular "bonbonniere" effect. The trumeau is entirely made of walnut wood and plated in beautiful walnut burl, while on the drop-front and the two drawers there is a complex play of inlays with geometric motifs. Furthermore, each element is finely molded in the frames and gilded. The measures of the piece of furniture are: Width 88 cm; depth 53 cm; height 210 cm. The piece of furniture is in perfect conservative condition and is ready to be furnished and placed in a beautiful living room or corridor. We enclose a certificate of authenticity with the sale.
