From a young age, he became passionate about photography, participating in photographic competitions using classic black and white film. He made his debut using a Widelux camera for an on-the-road research project. From 1983 he began using Polaroid snapshots, through which he expressed a personal technique that results in a true photographic mosaic. The Polaroid is used to break down and recompose the image into mosaics, recreating the photographed subject and reinterpreting it.
