Substantial and important Pair of Carlo X Bedside Tables Capuchin from Lombardy, built in the first half of the 1800s, in solid walnut and walnut burl veneer on walnut, intact and with patina. Particularly scenic and elegant, imposing in substance and size, note the typical tulip flare of the groove. Also beautiful is the low pinecone foot. Furniture that is increasingly difficult to find, at least in pairs (right-left), adds to their rarity the flavor of intact things. Strictly with patina. Present, coeval hardware. Interiors and linings in walnut. Viewing and possible on-site collection are welcome.
