Condition: perfect 🤩 #mihaitopescu Mihai ?opescu is a Romanian artist and sculptor known primarily for his work in artistic glass and sculpture. Born and residing in Târgu Jiu, he studied at the "Ion Andreescu" University of Fine Arts in Cluj and specialized in 1985 at the Kunst Akademie Baden in Vienna. He is a member of the Union of Visual Artists of Romania and one of the protagonists of the so-called "golden generation" of the 80s in the field of artistic glass. Throughout his career, ?opescu has participated in numerous international exhibitions and symposia, with works exhibited in museums in Germany, Denmark, Italy, the Czech Republic, and Romania. His works range from artistic glass to land art installations, often with a strong conceptual component linked to sustainability. Among his most recent projects are works exhibited at the Venice Biennale (2015, 2022) and the Europalia Festival in Belgium (2019). He has also received several awards, such as the Award for Decorative Art from the UAP (Union of Visual Artists) and the Cultural Order of Romania. Some of his works have been included in the collections of the European Parliament and prestigious international museums.
