Imaginary allegorical scene depicting two putti supporting a medallion with bas-relief. It is an allegory of an omen of youth and the joy of living. The two putti are accompanied by a peacock and a bird of prey with outstretched wings. The dark background highlights the ivory colors of the subject. Very pleasant example of decorative art. Good state of conservation. Old relining.
