Very rare pair of sculptures in burnished bronze and chiseled and mercury-gilded bronze, depicting a Cavalier King Charles and a Persian cat seated on two cushions. These sculptures are attributed to Philippe Caffieri because in 1773 he delivered an identical pair to the Prince of Condé. France. Period: LXVI.
