INLAID WRITING DESK TABLE

Neoclassical style center writing desk, the top inlaid in various woods including bois de rose, rosewood and olive wood, featuring a central rosette with a scene of lovers and cupid enclosing a set of specular floral branches. The under-top band houses a drawer also decorated with a floral motif, resting on truncated pyramidal supports on which the skillful inlay continues. LOMBARDY: G.
