17th century leather candle holder chest

A unique wooden candle holder chest covered in fire-branded leather, with bronze hinges. The chest features floral and geometric decorations that create panels containing zoomorphic images such as two intertwining peacocks (on the front and back), a snake and an eagle (on the sides of the object). There are slight missing pieces and wear and tear on the feet of the chest. The object can be attributed to Venetian manufacture, whose decorations are typical of the 17th century.
